The RoadMaps show exists to help veterans and athletes more effectively map their way from the peaks of the Ball-field and Battlefield to the pinnacle of the Boardroom.

Like a "turnover brief" in the military, RoadMaps offers our audience the ground truth on routes to take and roads to avoid while mapping the path from one high ground to another. 

 

Featuring guests who are at the peak of their industry - listen as they share ground truths on what their industry actually does, how it works, who is worth chasing, and what to run from.

Shows in the Highground2Highground series are built to allow men and women at the peak of their professions on the ball field, battlefield, and boardroom to share what they've learned along the way. Roadmaps - hosted by Ross Blankinship, Ty Rose, and Clint Bruce - invites "apex predators" from the boardroom to give a brass-tacks boilerplate turnover brief/terrain fam of (a) their industry, (b) their role and the road to that role, (c) alternate routes to where they are now, and (d) who they would have asked and what if they had a time machine that could take them back to a particular point along the way. Ty Rose is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and USMC Infantry Veteran who is using what he learned on the battlefield in the boardroom and at the breakfast table as he and his Bride raise their family in Texas.
